Xingqiu is the only character that can keep up with Klee's arsonism, his insane hydro application guarantees that Klee can vaporize most of her attacks and abilities, while providing her with much needed interruption resistance, defense and heals, it doesn't matter who proccs the vaporize reaction, the end result is gonna be obliteration.
-
Albedo goes well into any team comp, Klee has two notable qualities that make this pairing even better than usual. She can make full use of the Elemental Mastery bonus he provides, and Also she's one of the few characters that can attack while she's on top of his Solar Isotoma, As with every intensive caster Geo resonance is incredible too, to avoid interruptions.
-
Bennett is a great option to activate Pyro resonance, while patching up Klees low defensive capabilities.
-
Zhongli like Albedo can be fit on any team comp, notably with Klee he'll improve her defensive and offensive capabilities. Guaranteeing that you can get a lot of attacks off while the shield holds and while enemies are petrified.
-
Ganyu's supporting abilities are limited but very effective with Klee, Ganyu's elemental skill will give Klee some breathing room, while her burst will offer Klee a window to melt everything in her immediate radius.
-
Mona like ganyu offers a taunt for some safety, lots of hydro reactions, and a damage boosting elemental burst.
-
Pyro characters benefit a lot from Elemental Mastery given their strong elemental reactions, Sucrose will do what Sucrose does, the difference is that Klee can make perfect use of everything Sucrose does.
-
Ah Venti the god of... supports. Klee again makes great use of all he offers, his amazing energy regeneration, Viridicent Venerer resistance shred and the clumping of enemies, luckily for Venti, Klee is one of the few characters that can hit enemies while they are airborne, "yay a pinata!"
►Summary
Pros:
- Great ranged Pyro Carry with decent AoE.
- Flexible. Can support her team as well as be the main damage dealer.
Cons:
- Great single and multi-target DMG but has strong competition in Hu-Tao, Xiangling, Diluc, Yoimiya, and even Yanfei.
- Catalyst gameplay might not be enjoyable for all players, especially if aiming to get her full potential DPS output.
Building tips:
- Klee is a strong DPS character that aims to obliterate her enemies with strong attacks and elemental reactions, for this reason her best set is the Crimson Witch of Flames x4 set, which will provide bonuses when creating elemental reactions as well as a very good basic Pyro DMG Bonus.
- Klee like other DPS characters wants ATK and Crit substats as well as making great use of Elemental Mastery.
- Klee makes great use of Catalysts that have the stats she wants as substats. This means any Catalyst that has ATK, Crit Rate, or Crit DMG as their substats. On the 1.6 version of the game, players got access to the Dodoco Tales Catalyst a great option for Klee with a low cost.
Gameplay tips:
- Klee's attacks have very high poise damage meaning that in most situations for enemies that can be staggered the best defense is a good offense just basic and charge attacking enemies will stagger them.
- To get the most potential out of your Klee you need to mix Charged and Normal Attacks between your skill casts, especially making use of any Pounding Surprise procs as soon as they are available.
- In general Klee's basic attack combo is very slow to execute and the best course of action to maximize her DPS is to spam one basic attack while jump canceling its animation, while still making use of any Pounding Surprise procs.
- Klee can also Basic Attack into Charged Attack for great amounts of damage, this will rapidly deplete your stamina though.
constellations power:
- Extra damage for mono Pyro or other kinds of reactions but can mess with your timing if you are using Xingqiu.
- Party wide defense shreds are always good, combine with Ayaka for more FUN.
- Jumpy Dumpy has a very high cooldow so this buff in damage will not be that noticeable in the long run.
- This is an extra burst ( almost the same damage as Hu-Tao's for example ) while still being able to make use of your own burst, very strong. It doesn't get a higher score because it's going to be almost impossible to Vaporize or Melt.
- More damage on her Burst, good but her burst will mess our reactions so we use it with care.
- Energy generation for the party and a measly 10 Pyro DMG Bonus, very sad capstone constellation.
